In the last several weeks things have been really hopping around here; getting ready for our first year as sponsors of the Park City food & wine festival. We were thrilled to be able to join the ranks of incredible sponsors for this amazing once-a-year event. It was 4 days of gourmet food from local vendors, live music and shows, and wines from vineyards all over the country.
I had the chance to go to the Saturday Toast of Park City Grand Tasting held at The Canyons Resort. It was held outdoors in the sunny mountain atmosphere, the smell of steak and salmon was wafting through the air. With so many wines to taste it quickly became overwhelming… but somehow I made due. I learned more in this 3-hour affair then in all my years of wine drinking.
So if you’re a seasoned wine pro or simply a novice ready to experiment, there is something for everyone at this event. If you made it, we were thrilled to have you. If you missed it, you’ll want to be ready for next year. This is one experience not to be missed.
