As a designer on the Wine Racks America team, I deal almost exclusively with customer requests for wine cellar designs. There is a lot to take into consideration when designing a wine cellar, so submitting an incomplete request form could result in an incomplete cellar design. It takes anywhere from several hours to several days to do one wine cellar. Every design that we do gets individual attention and is personalized to fit your wine storage needs.
It is my job to make sure that your wine cellar system fits your room the best possible way using our modular wine cellar kits. Our modular-style racks are not made to be customizable, this often means that certain racking requests are not possible, but we will give you something that will work for your space. I consider everything when designing a cellar, from your budget to the types of bottles you are storing. The more details we receive, the better your design will look and fit.
Our online design request form was created with the purpose of obtaining all of the pertinent information we need in order to design your wine cellar. I often receive request forms that are incomplete; this delays the design process. Incomplete forms result in you receiving a call or an email requesting the correct/missing information.
So the moral of the story is; if you want a design for your wine cellar, take the time to fill out the cellar request form thoroughly. You will experience a faster turnaround with a design tailored to fit your needs.
